Our dry cleaning shop is located on Immermann Street, where the Japanese quarter is situated, and we are used daily by many customers who stop by while shopping, on their way home from work, or after a meal.
From drop-off to pick-up, all communication at our shop is in Japanese.

Dress shirts can be provided either neatly folded or on a hanger, based on your preference. Gluing services are also available upon request. Duvet covers and bed covers are carefully washed and ironed. We are happy to accommodate your specific needs and ensure quality service.

From hemming trousers and skirts to repairing moth-damaged areas, we offer a range of clothing alteration services. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us. Alterations typically take around 7 to 10 days to complete.

- For orders with a total cleaning cost of €30 or more , a one-way delivery charge will apply.
- Free delivery is available for orders above €50 .
- For orders below €30 , a one-way delivery fee of €5 will be charged.

2. Damage to Fabric Material and Stitching
The cleaning company is not liable for compensation in the following cases:
- Damage caused by the item itself or damage that cannot be identified even by an expert.
- Damage due to fabric material or stitching, poor colorfastness, shrinkage, waterproofing/water-repellent treatment, improper previous treatment, or hidden foreign objects.
- Items unsuitable or partially unsuitable for cleaning, incorrectly labeled, or with missing/illegible washing instructions.
3. Handover of Goods
- Goods will be handed over upon presentation of the order confirmation (eg, exchange voucher).
- If no voucher is available, proof of ownership must be provided.
- Customers must collect goods within one month of delivery.
- If not collected within one year, or if the company cannot identify the customer or their address, legal action may be taken.
- If the fees of such action exceed the sales revenue of the goods, the items may be disposed of in an economically reasonable manner . The customer retains the right to claim the sales revenue generated.
4. Damage After Delivery
- Any damage discovered after the return of the item must be proven to have been caused by the cleaning company (eg, via order confirmation or exchange voucher).
- Obvious defects must be reported within three days of delivery .
- Complaints will be thoroughly investigated, and the cause of damage will be communicated.
- Subsequent actions (eg, repairs, appraisal) will be carried out with the customer’s consent whenever possible.
5. Limitations on Compensation
- In case of lost laundry, the company is obliged to pay market value without limit.
- For accidents during laundry handling, compensation equals the market value of lost items only if caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
- For other damages, compensation is limited to 15 times the cleaning fee .
6. Protection of Personal Information
- Personal data collected for business purposes will be managed and used within the scope of the Personal Information Protection Act .
- Data will only be shared with third parties with the customer’s consent, except where disclosure is legally required.

- Additional compensation based on the market value of the item is possible through insurance contracts.
